入学资格Qualifications for Admission

愿意遵守中华人民共和国法律和桂林理工大学的规章制度。

Willing to abide by the law of the people’s republic of China and the rules and Regulations of Guilin University of Technology.

申请要求Requirements

1.《桂林理工大学来华留学生入学申请表》

A completed filled Application Form

2.最高学历证书、学位证书和成绩单（申请学历学习需要）

Final diploma and degree certificate and transcripts（For degree studies）

3.汉语水平证书（申请学历学习时需要。本科HSK4级，硕士HSK5级，博士HSK6级）

HSK certificate (For degree studies, HSK 4 for undergraduate studies and HSK 5 for postgraduate studies and HSK 6 for Ph. D studies)

4.两封副教授或教授推荐信（申请研究生学习时需要）

Recommendation from at least two professors or associate-professors (For postgraduate studies and Ph. D studies)   

5.经济能力证明

Finance Supporting Documents

6.《外国人体格检查表》

Foreigner Physical Examination Result

7.护照扫描件

Passports scanned copy

8.2寸白底彩照电子版

2-inch white background color photos (JPG format)

9.无犯罪记录证明

No criminal record

注:毕业证书、学位证书和成绩单需经当地公证机构公证。成绩单应翻译成中文或英文。
     Note: Certificates, diplomas and transcripts should be notarized by the local notarization authorities. The transcripts should be translated into Chinese or English.

Please visit the website: http://cie.glut.edu.cn to apply online. Please fill out with detailed information and upload the documents.

我们会及时通知您的申请情况。同时，我们会对您的资质进行审核，并尽快告知您结果。如有需要，我们会与你联络。

We will inform you of your application. Meanwhile, we will check your qualifications and tell you the result as soon as possible. We will contact you if further information is regarded or needed.

审核通过后，学校将发给您发放《录取通知书》和《签证申请表》(JW202表)。请注意，在您被告知被录取后，通常需要30天才能收到这两份文件。

We will send you an Admission Notice and visa clearance form (JW202) after the qualification examination. Please note it usually takes 30 days to receive those two documents after you are informed of the result of your qualification examination.

签证申请Visa application

        请持《录取通知书》、《外国人签证申请表》(JW202表)和《外国人体格检查记录》到中国大使馆申请“X1”签证(学习时间6个月以上)或“X2”签证(学习时间6个月以下)。

Please take the Admission notice, visa clearance form (JW202) and physical examination record for foreigners to the Chinese embassy to apply for an "X1" visa (study more than six months) or "X2" visa (study less than six months).

报到注册Registration

被录取学生按《录取通知书》上所注明的注册期限到国际教育学院报到。到桂林后请办理报到注册手续。

Admitted students should register at the College of International Education (CIE) within the registration period printed on the Admission notice. Please undertake the registration procedures upon arrival at Guilin.

居留证Residence permit

        如果您持有X1签证，我们将在您到达桂林理工大学的一个月内帮助您获得您的居留许可。

If you hold an X1 visa, we will help you obtain your residence permit within a month of your arrival at GUT.
