Obligation- Things you should do

1. Before checking in, you should check all the electrical appliances in the room are in good condition, if damage is found you should report to the dormitory administrator. After checking in, the room facilities in need of repair should be reported to the dormitory administrator, repair expenses will be charged. If damages are found at the goods and facilities in the room, you will be fined according to the compensation price.

2. For checking in and out or room-switching, please go to the office of the International Education for procedures and bring the application form to the duty room at the dormitory. The change of room hours: Every Thursday and Friday afternoon from 2:30 to 5:00, go to the office for wards. Except for non-dormitory reasons, you can only change rooms once every semester.

3. Fingerprint system of the apartment door will be automatically closed every morning at 00:00 to 06:30, this is to ensure the students' safety, so please don't stay out late.

4. Electric vehicles must hold a license, and register it at the hostel. Without permission, electric vehicles are prohibited from entering and parking in the dormitory area, charging the electric vehicle in the dormitory area is also prohibited, otherwise charger will be confiscated as punishment.

5. Before leaving the room: Please shut the doors and windows to prevent theft, turn off air conditioner and other electrical equipment to prevent fire.

6. Be civilized and pay attention at your manners in the apartment: Keep clean sanitation, no spitting, and no littering, keep quiet in the apartment, and behave in public places. Don't play music loud.

7. When the laundry is done, immediately remove the clothes, leaving laundries in the washing machine is strictly prohibited.

8. Students should understand and help each other and be tolerant to cultural differences. During emergency, remain calm, immediately contact the dormitory administrator and the office of the International Education.

9. If events of major festivals need to be held in the apartment, apply at the office of the International Education for permission.

10. Public places in this apartment are equipped with surveillance cameras, please behave yourselves.

 

 

Punishment- Things you MUST NOT do

• Expel - If you have the following behavior, you will be expelled from school:

  1. Swimming in the rivers or lakes.

  2. Endangering national security, spreading the cult, theft, drug abuse, drug trafficking, prostitution and other acts in violation of state law.

• Fines, warnings, or expulsion - if you have the following behavior, you will be punished by a fine and a warning. If the circumstances are serious or repeated offenders will be dismissed!

  1. Driving a motorcycle or an petrol powered car.

  2. Damage to the doors and other public facilities, goods.

  3. Damage or playing with the "fire extinguisher" and "emergency lights".

  4. Setting off fireworks and firecrackers in the apartment or on campus.

  5. Circuit transformation of the room, private wiring, modification of hot water meter or card meter.

  6. The use of gas stove, induction cooker, heater, electric stove, electric heater and other dangerous equipment.

• Power off and warning - if you have the following behavior, electricity will be off for three days as punishment, repeated offenders will be moved out of the apartment as punishment! If the circumstances are serious, the person will be expelled.

  1. Piling up garbage in the room, outside the door or the aisle.

  2. Playing music out loud and making noise during rest time (from 22:00 to 09:00 the next day and 13:00-14:30).

  3. Keeping pets in the apartment or room.

  4. Driving electric vehicles into the dormitory area. Charging electric vehicles in the dormitory area.

  5. Staying without permission, changing rooms or checking out secretly, the room will be transferred to others for use.

  6. Put up outsiders for the night in the dormitory.
